All items are wrapped and packed with the utmost care with bubblewrap and recycled paper.

RETURNS: All sales are final, unless an item has arrived damaged.

DAMAGED ITEMS:  If you receive an order with damaged items, take a picture of the damage along with the packing materials, and send them to:

Items damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost to the buyer.  

There is a 48 hour time limit to make a claim for items broken during shipping, from the time the tracking info says the package was delivered.
